1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the website at ironbullfx.com (the "Website") and your participation in any community, group, channel, mentorship programme or other service operated by IRONBULL FX ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Website or joining any IRONBULL FX community you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website or our services.

2. Educational nature of our services

All content, including education, market analysis, commentary, trade ideas, live sessions, mentorship and community discussion, is provided for educational and informational purposes only. It is not financial advice and does not constitute a recommendation to trade any financial instrument. Please read our Risk Disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use our services. You are responsible for ensuring that using our services and trading financial products is lawful in your country of residence.

4. Community conduct

When participating in any IRONBULL FX community you agree not to: harass, abuse or threaten other members; post spam, unsolicited promotions or referral links; share content that is unlawful, misleading or infringes the rights of others; impersonate IRONBULL FX or any other person; or share, resell or redistribute community content without our permission. We may remove content and suspend or remove members at our discretion, without notice or refund, where these terms are breached.

5. Mentorship and paid services

Details, pricing, availability and delivery of any mentorship programme or paid service are agreed directly with us in writing (including via WhatsApp or email) before payment. Those written details, together with these terms, form the agreement for that service. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payments for digital or educational services are non-refundable once access or delivery has begun.

6. Intellectual property

The IRONBULL FX name, logo, website design, course material, analysis, videos and other content are owned by IRONBULL FX or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and use content for your own personal, non-commercial education. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, sell or distribute it without our prior written consent.

7. Third-party platforms and links

Our services are delivered through third-party platforms such as Telegram, WhatsApp, Instagram and TikTok, and the Website may link to third-party sites (including review platforms). Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, availability or practices of any third party.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Website and our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any warranty of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IRONBULL FX and its owners, team members and contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special loss or damage, including trading losses or loss of profit, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website, our content or our services, or any trading decision you make. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IRONBULL FX from any claims, losses or expenses arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of our services.

We may update these terms and the Website at any time. The current version will always be published on the Website with the date of the last update. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts, unless applicable consumer law provides otherwise.
