1. Who we are

This policy explains how IRONBULL FX ("we", "us", "our") handles personal information collected through ironbullfx.com (the "Website") and through the communication channels we use, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA) and other applicable privacy laws.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us: when you contact us by WhatsApp, Telegram, email or social media, we receive the details you share, such as your name, phone number, username, email address and the content of your message.
Information collected automatically: when you visit the Website, our hosting provider may record standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed and the time of your visit, in server logs used for security and performance.
Third-party platforms: if you join our Telegram community, WhatsApp channels, Instagram or TikTok, those platforms collect and process your data under their own privacy policies.

3. How we use your information

To respond to your enquiries and provide the community, mentorship and other services you request.
To send you updates about our community and services where you have asked to receive them.
To operate, secure and improve the Website.
To comply with legal obligations and to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

4. Cookies and tracking

The Website does not set advertising or tracking cookies of its own. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and 3D libraries from a public content delivery network; those providers may receive your IP address when the resources are requested.

The market-session clock in the VIP section runs entirely in your own browser and sends nothing to us or to anyone else. Links to HFM (HF Markets) on the Website carry our introducing-broker reference so HFM can attribute a registration to IRONBULL FX; if you follow one, HFM collects your information under its own privacy policy rather than ours.

The Website stores a small amount of information in your own browser (local storage) to remember that you have dismissed the welcome message or already submitted your VIP verification details. This stays on your device, is not sent to us, and can be cleared at any time through your browser settings. If we add analytics or a further third-party widget (such as a Trustpilot review widget) in future, we will update this policy.

5. Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (for example, hosting providers and messaging platforms), where required by law, or with your consent.

6. Retention

We keep personal information only for as long as needed for the purposes described above, or as required by law, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. To exercise these rights, contact info@ironbullfx.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator (South Africa).

8. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

Our services are not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on the Website with the date of the last update.
